PRODUCT WORKING

PRINCIPLE DIAGRAM

The waste water flows into the basket at the front inlet,through the square filter holes and into the water channel,where the solids,such as fibers,are collected on the surface of the basket.With the increase of the amount of slag on the surface of the grid basket,the liquid level difference before and after the grid screen becomes larger.When the level difference ceaches a set value,the automatic cleaning cycle of the grizzly screen starts,the grizzly frame rotates and the slag is flushed from the upper area of the basket and discharged into the hopper and flows out of the system through the slag discharge pipe at the lower part of the hopper,if the filter holes are fine enough the filtered liquid can be used for reuse.At the same time,the rinsed filter residue flows out of the system and can be further processed using a press.The whole process is completed in a closed unit and no odor is generated.
